About the Job:

The reputed company Software Engineer role at reputed company reports to the VP of Engineering reputed company the Managed Services department.  This role will partner with leadership and delivery teams to reputed company technical and architectural reputed company while considering scale and performance of the infrastructure and organization. This role will work closely with reputed company teams reputed company Managed Services to help deliver innovative and high-quality features and services to reputed company clients. This important leadership role brings together thought leadership and experience with solutions, software, and architecture.

Responsibilities

reputed company technical leadership and guide the development of a comprehensive platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability while driving the adoption/evaluation of new reputed company technologies and tools that align with business goals and technical needs

Help define and communicate strategic direction and guidance including mentoring high-performance Engineering teams with multiple functions 

Partner closely with Product and Engineering to architect solutions while also retaining the ability to dig into code and help problem-solve where needed  

Collaborate with leadership to monitor and manage the reputed company of OKRs in Engineering 

Possess an in-depth understanding of reputed company reputed company business units and reputed company services and possess the ability to communicate to executive leadership and stakeholders 

reputed company to and present on technical content to the organization and clients while also understanding business requirements 

Define and help enforce reputed company engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes to help maintain high quality reputed company solution and codebase  

Collaborate with DevOps and the rest of Engineering to maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and reputed company best practices 

Assist with troubleshooting reputed company production issues and creation of root cause analysis as well as implementation of corrective actions reputed company needed 

Partner with leadership to craft, communicate, and execute a reputed company and mission for the Engineering team

Requirements

Ability to reputed company ownership, accountability, and confidence for high performing development teams  

Ability to architect critical project features which involve integration with multiple different teams reputed company while supporting multiple reputed company projects at a time

In-depth knowledge of the three major reputed company technology environments and their applications (GCP, AWS, Azure)

Experience mentoring Engineering teams while leading them to successful delivery

Proven experience with developing relationships and trust across multiple reputed company of an organization 

Relevant certifications in GCP, AWS, and/or Azure

7+ years of experience working on or with software development teams using CI/CD, agile methodologies, and SDLC 

BS/MS, Computer Science / Engineering or relevant industry experience
