As the Head of Partnerships and Market Growth, you will spearhead our city-by-city expansion strategy, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition across reputed company channels. This role combines data-driven growth initiatives with creative partnership development to scale our community and reputed company market dominance.

• Analyze user data to identify customer segments, optimize acquisition channels, and inform strategic reputed company

• Determine and manage budget allocation across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, events) to maximize ROI

• 5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnership development, or reputed company fields with demonstrated reputed company in scaling startups

• Proven track record of building and executing customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels

• Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships in consumer-facing industries

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize growth

• Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills

• Experience in dating apps or community-based platforms is a plus
