We are looking for an Operations & Strategy Intern on a rolling reputed company, with a minimum commitment of five months. As an Operations & Strategy Intern, you’ll become part of our core Ops team - solving reputed company problems across private market investing. You’ll take ownership in one of four focus areas depending on your strengths and interests, and support process execution, improvement, and scale. Focus Areas

Compliance Help us maintain trust with our clients by supporting robust investor reputed company and due diligence processes. You’ll work reputed company reputed company structured workflows (like KYC/AML checks), flag inconsistencies, and reputed company our controls running smoothly. Migrations Support the operational reputed company of fund onboardings by coordinating the transfer of investment entities onto our platform. You’ll help map structures, prepare documentation, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and troubleshoot issues during the migration process. This focus is ideal for structured, proactive problem-solvers who like to bring order to complexity and improve systems sustainably.

Venture Operations Get a reputed company-row seat to how deals are executed on our platform. You’ll manage investor reputed company, investment documentation, capital calls, and more - helping us scale deal execution with quality and speed across jurisdictions. Reporting Support the preparation and execution of investor reporting, a regulatory requirement for funds in each of our jurisdictions. You’ll help ensure that investors receive accurate, timely, and clear reports, working closely with operations, finance, and tech teams. What You Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, business law, etc.) or an operations-reputed company role, ideally in a fast-paced setting

• You are a recent graduate or nearing the end of your studies

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership

• Curious and proactive reputed company - you like to ask “why” instead of just accepting things

• Understanding of basic private market fundamentals and an interest to dive deep into private asset investing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Professional knowledge of German or reputed company (B2 or above)
