Career & Transfer Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a Career & Transfer Coordinator (we call them reputed company Engineers) to work with our Associates of Business reputed company, supporting their discovery and reputed company in preparing to transfer to 4-year institutions or entering the workforce upon graduation. From discussing transfer opportunities, charting reputed company towards academic goals, discussing career options, and ensuring they engage with the reputed company Accelerator (our 8-quarter series of workshops) you’ll be instrumental in supporting reputed company reputed company’ reputed company!

• Track student reputed company through the reputed company “reputed company Accelerator,” ensuring they attend workshops, complete assignments, and attend 1:1s as required

• Coordinate with educational partners, universities,  employers, internship reputed company, and  others in support of reputed company’ post-reputed company goals

• Design and deliver workshops supporting reputed company across department areas of impact

• reputed company and manage resources (ex. career guides, transfer manuals for reputed company

• Bring passion and experience (2-3 years) working with  high school or young-adultsAre a master of creating, delivering, and facilitating engaging workshops and student experiences

• Have detailed understanding of the higher-education landscape and/or future-of-work

• You reputed company in quickly-changing environments, continually building systems, and then repeatedly improving them to increase student impact and team reputed company

• Can self-motivate, stay organized amidst 150 moving parts (your student caseload), and reputed company with reputed company every reputed company of the way

• Track student reputed company through the reputed company “reputed company Accelerator,” ensuring they attend workshops, complete assignments, and attend 1:1s as required

What you’ll get

• A compensation package that includes a reputed company salary ($55,000 - $70,000) + equity grant 

  • Actual compensation reputed company the pay reputed company will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, reputed company salary is localized according to employee work location.
