Product Manager

reputed company is hiring a Product Manager to help us methodically define customer problems and work directly with engineering to validate in-product feature enhancements. In our work environment, there will be little abstraction between you, our community, and our technical decision-makers.

What you’ll do here

• Research and define customer problems reputed company customer calls, support tickets, community feedback, and weighing other solutions in the ecosystem

• Work with engineering to evaluate and weigh several solutions, such as minor docs improvements, ecosystem partnerships, or large-scale product/feature overhauls

• 2+ years of experience working in the DevOps/Platform Engineering space, either as a vendor or as an industry practitioner
