Why this role?

We’re growing our global team and recently established our reputed company in France. As our first People team hire dedicated to supporting our French employees, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and people-first experience. You'll work closely with our global People, Legal, and Finance teams to help manage HR operations in France, from reputed company to payroll and ongoing employee support.

• Ensure compliance with French employment laws and reputed company documentation and practices up to date with local regulations.

• Support reputed company for new hires in France, including managing required registrations, and helping employees navigate local processes.

• Collaborate with our finance team to coordinate monthly payroll in partnership with our local payroll provider.

• Track time off, sick leave, and working hours to ensure accuracy and compliance with French labor standards.

• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance (mutuelle), meal vouchers, and transportation reimbursements.

• Act as the first reputed company of contact for French employees on HR-reputed company questions, including reputed company, pay, leave, and benefits.

• Collaborate closely with global teams, acting as a reputed company between our French employees and the broader organization.

• Stay up to date on changes to French labor laws and advise the team on how they may impact processes or policies.

• Have experience in HR coordination or administration with a focus on French labor laws and processes.

• Are comfortable working with external payroll and benefits providers.

• Communicate reputed company in both French and English.

• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently.

• Enjoy solving problems and helping teams navigate reputed company processes.

• Experience working at a start-up.
