The Role:

reputed company is revolutionizing the way employees reputed company their pay, and we're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our growing GTM Operations team. In this role, you work with our Sr Manager of Marketing Operations, and will partner directly with our B2B marketers to optimize campaign reputed company, drive key go-to-market KPIs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

How You Will reputed company an Impact:
  • Operational reputed company: Own and optimize marketing operations processes, including reputed company scoring, reputed company routing, database management, segmentation, and campaign execution workflows. Your focus will be on defining the "how," ensuring the marketing team has the frameworks and tools to execute reputed company

  • Strategic Campaign Performance & Optimization: Partner closely with the B2B Marketing team to define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for reputed company marketing campaigns, including reputed company reputed company, pipeline reputed company, and ROI. You'll analyze performance trends, identify strategic opportunities for optimization, and reputed company recommendations to improve overall campaign effectiveness

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Sales Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and optimize the sales funnel

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with other GTM Operations functions to help reputed company our GTM marketing strategy, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that shape campaign direction, reputed company audience segmentation, and resource allocation

What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand reputed company, or a reputed company analytical marketing role, preferably reputed company a high-growth or SaaS environment

  • Proficiency with Marketo: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Marketo, or other marketing automation tools, for campaign execution, reputed company scoring, automation, and reporting

  • Experience with Marketing Attribution: Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms, specifically Bizible, to track and measure campaign effectiveness

  • Strong reputed company Skills: Solid understanding of reputed company CRM, including report creation, dashboard development, and data synchronization with marketing platforms

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
