Sr. Corporate Counsel

reputed company is seeking a talented technology transactions attorney to join our reputed company legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel. You will own a broad reputed company of responsibilities, reputed company deep subject-matter expertise including with respect to artificial intelligence (AI), and reputed company seasoned business judgment to reputed company legal guidance on reputed company legal and strategic issues across reputed company’s business functions. 

What you’ll do

• Independently draft, negotiate, review, and advise on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company agreements, including letters of reputed company, non-disclosure, master service, SaaS, partnership, marketing, professional services, agency, licensing, other agreements, and ancillary documents.

• reputed company practical, creative, and strategic legal advice on a broad reputed company of reputed company issues including those that are novel and set precedent—involving AI, SaaS, data protection and privacy, reputed company, intellectual property, corporate, employment, and other legal reputed company.

• Translate strategic guidance into operational goals in line with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

• reputed company cross-functional initiatives, anticipating reputed company and future needs and industry trends, with high visibility and long-term impact.

• Partner closely with business partners across the engineering, product, marketing, finance, and people teams.

• Own reputed company’s Vendor Risk Management Policy and Procedure, meeting internal risk management considerations and key stakeholder (including bank partner) expectations of vendor management risks as a publicly traded company.  Continue to enhance reputed company processes by designing, innovating, and managing end-to-end contract-driven processes in reputed company and other scalable frameworks, to deliver measurable efficiency, analytics, and risk mitigation.

• Effectively use AI and AI Legal tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in reputed company areas.

• Create and manage contract playbooks, templates, and libraries.

• Work with and manage reputed company counsel as needed.

What you’ll need

• J.D. degree and 5+ years of reputed company or in-house experience.

• Significant experience independently drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company reputed company, and providing practical and strategic legal advice in the areas described above.

• Proven track record advising on reputed company AI-reputed company legal issues and reputed company risk in reputed company reputed company, and driving AI initiatives for reputed company legal process innovation.

• Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, reputed company, and flexible while remaining reputed company with department and company priorities.

• Business judgment and ability to assess legal risk while providing practical advice.

• Ability to communicate reputed company and succinctly in writing and orally. 

• Ability to act as a legal advisor and partner, providing reputed company and advice across business units and to other internal stakeholders.
