We are seeking an Operations Manager to reputed company a small team at Earth Force maintaining a collection of hardware deployments across several different projects and remote job sites in the US reputed company. Forestry projects frequently occur in remote locations, and equipping your team with the right tools to get the job done in a single visit is super important. Key Responsibilities

Support deployed hardware with in-field troubleshooting and hardware and data management activities.
Assess and adapt to the mechanical and electrical systems of heavy forestry equipment during hardware and cabling integration.
Maintain safety standards by identifying and mitigating potential hazards during installation and operation.
Communicate effectively with equipment operators, explaining the benefits of the technologies while addressing any concerns.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with heavy equipment in industries such as forestry, agriculture, or construction.
Mechanical and Electrical skills, including knowledge of power systems, wiring, cable management, and mounting techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company integration challenges in field environments.
Familiarity with safety practices and protocols reputed company working around heavy machinery.
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with operators and internal teams.
Physical competence around forestry hardware and ability to lift heavy objects. 65lb military press.
Willingness to travel and enjoyment of rural communities. 25-50% travel expectation
