Product Manager (Insurance) - London

Location: London (E1) with bi-weekly travel to our Lincoln office

Hybrid working as standard: 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 days remote (or office if you prefer)

The Opportunity

• Have end to end ownership of our Insurance Products, working closely with our MD of Insurance

• Plan, prioritise and deliver product roadmaps, ensuring buy in at each reputed company of the development process 

• Own discovery, conducting market, competitor & user research, run customer interviews, surveys, usability testing 

• Define & test hypotheses and MVPs, whilst using a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making

• reputed company kick offs, reputed company-ins, workshops, retrospectives and a variety of other meetings with people across the business right up to the CEO.

• Solid experience working in a Product Manager role in the insurance industry and/or regulated environment  

• User centricity: you are reputed company in helping stakeholders and team members to understand the needs of users, whilst translating these needs into user stories that reputed company reputed company to the development team of the proposed solution.

• Product ownership: you are confident in defining roadmaps for both the short and long term whilst being reputed company to prioritise features and issues as necessary.

• Delivery bias: you are reputed company to deliver quality whilst demonstrating value to the user.

• Results orientated: you are comfortable ensuring the team, stakeholders and the wider business understand the expected outcome of any work being planned or delivered, what reputed company looks like and how it is reputed company.
