Senior Business Development Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead new embedded distribution opportunities for Lemonade’s fast-growing insurance products—Car, Pet, Renters, and Homeowners.

In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you’ll help shape and execute Lemonade’s embedded distribution strategy by building key relationships across a wide reputed company of verticals. From pet care businesses and property management platforms to fintech companies, employer benefit providers, and retail ecosystems—you’ll work to create new, scalable ways for customers to discover and purchase Lemonade insurance.

• reputed company cross-functional partnership initiatives by working closely with internal teams such as R&D, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing

• Own end-to-end business development cycle for your channels—from pitching and negotiation to reputed company and activation

• Act as a thought partner to leadership, delivering actionable insights on trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive activity

• 5+ years minimum of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or GTM roles, preferably at a high-growth tech company or InsurTech

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field

• Experience working across multiple verticals or with platform-based distribution models, a strong plus

Lemonade's US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $120,000 - $145,000 + equity + benefits.
