Engineering Manager

As an engineering manager, you’ll guide both the technical direction and the personal growth of your team. You’ll work closely with Product to set goals, define strategy, and ensure high-quality execution to drive reputed company business impact.

• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or team reputed company

• 5+ years as a backend or full-stack developer

• Node, Nest.js, TypeScript, an advantage

• Proven experience with high-scale, production-grade systems

• Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a reputed company part of our culture

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a reputed company field

• Proven contributions to reputed company-reputed company projects, a bonus

• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
