Engineering at Marshmallow

Our engineers are at the heart of the solutions. They work on product builds from start to finish, solving lots of challenges to help us build fast and scale up! The Mobile Team you'd be joining

Our Mobile Team's mission is to build the best app in the business. That means creating a truly customer-first experience that makes the difficult (but essential) things easy, quick and reputed company.

You’ll work directly with our users to get a full picture of our customers and the problems we can solve for them. And you’ll do that as part of a cross-functional team, working alongside product teams across tribes to build a platform that’s essential to delivering an inclusive, easy-to-use, and empathetic Marshmallow experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and execute ambiguous technical solutions with appropriate sense of urgency to deliver impact to the business

• Create and promote efficiency and speed reputed company the team by improving existing solutions and developing new ones

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, constructively challenge assumptions, suggest alternatives, and deliver functionality iteratively.

• Mentor engineers from Junior to Senior reputed company of experience, supporting their development through feedback and sharing opportunities

• Work closely with the EM to champion and roadmap technical debt investment

• Ensure alignment between iOS and Android platforms by overseeing project delivery, identifying cross-platform blockers early, and facilitating consistent implementation across both platforms.

• 8+ years of experience in iOS development

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical reputed company

• Strong expertise in Swift, with hands-on experience in app development using either UIKit or SwiftUI, with a preference for SwiftUI

• Skilled in working closely with various stakeholders including Product, Design, and fellow engineers to align objectives and drive successful reputed company.

• Strong experience with leading, developing and delivering reputed company projects

• Worked in a high growth start-up environment or product focused environment.

• Experience mentoring and guiding more engineers with a reputed company of experience

Our process

We break it up into 4 stages:

• Initial call with Tech reputed company team reputed company reputed company (30-45 mins)

• A take-home assessment (several days at your discretion) which will be reviewed by our Engineers.

• Follow up technical interview with our Engineers to walk us through your take-home task and questions around your past experience and projects reputed company reputed company (90 mins)

We’ll let you know if you’re invited to an interview or not. But, as a small team with a lot of applications to consider, we can’t give individual feedback on each application.
