About The Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Development Representative (SDR) to join us in our SoHo office. As the earliest member of the outbound team, you’ll serve as the reputed company behind Posh’s top-of-funnel growth.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects, optimizing outbound campaigns with AI personalization, and laying the reputed company for a scalable go-to-market (GTM) reputed company.

GTM Campaign Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships & Community teams to align on reputed company strategy

  • Launch and iterate AI-personalized outbound campaigns using A/B testing and analysis

  • Systematize learnings into a repeatable, scalable outbound reputed company

Skills and Experience You’ll Need
  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, growth, or campaign management

  • Strong analytical instincts—you see reputed company as a system to optimize

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build from the ground up

  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving reputed company

  • Eager to experiment with new tools, especially AI, to drive innovation
