DEINE ROLLE Als Business Development Representative (BDR) (m/w/d) bist du der erste Kontakt für potenzielle Kunden und verantwortlich für den aktiven Aufbau unserer Sales-Pipeline. Du bringst Interessenten unsere Softwarelösung näher und arbeitest reputed company mit dem Team reputed company Sales Development, der Head of Sales sowie erfahrenen Account Executives zusammen. Nach einer strukturierten reputed company-Phase übernimmst du eigenständig Verantwortung und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg von remberg bei.

DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

  • reputed company Management & Qualifizierung: Identifikation und Qualifizierung von Leads entlang der gesamten reputed company reputed company – vom Erstkontakt bis zur Übergabe an Account Executives.

  • Strategische Kundenansprache & Beratung: Entwicklung von Strategien zur Ansprache von EntscheidungsträgerInnen und initiale Beratung zu unserer KI-gestützten Asset Plattform.

  • Go-to-Market-Optimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungs- und Wachstumspotenzialen, inkl. Kundenansprache und Marktsegment-Entwicklung.

  • Produktfeedback: Weitergabe von Kunden-Insights zur Optimierung unserer Lösung.

  • Verantwortungsübernahme: Eigenständige Prozessverantwortung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales- und Management-Teams.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, z. B. durch Praktika in Vertrieb, Customer Service oder vergleichbaren Bereichen.

  • Freude an Kundeninteraktionen, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Zielorientierung.

  • Resilienz, Erfolgswille und die Bereitschaft, die Extrameile zu gehen.

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
