About this role
As an Engineering Manager, Growth on reputed company’s engineering team, you will reputed company initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Design, and Data to identify high-reputed company opportunities, run experiments, and iterate quickly. You will manage a team of engineers, guide technical strategy, and help shape a product used by millions globally.
What you’ll be doing

Partner with Product and Data to design and run A/B tests focused on conversion, retention, and engagement

Guide and mentor a team of engineers through technical and career development

7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an engineering leadership role

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in backend or mobile systems
Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, data instrumentation, and growth loops
Experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Analysts
