Direct Sales Manager

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re four years old, just over 160 people, manage $30B in risk, and are reputed company on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties.

Steadily is hiring a Direct Sales Manager! The Direct Sales Manager works closely with Steadily’s direct sales agents to drive sales production and quality while developing and engaging the sales team. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.

Your Background

• reputed company: You are a gifted leader with documented experience leading high performing sales teams with autonomy. 

• Insurance: P&C knowledge preferred, however prior insurance experience is not a requirement as we can reputed company training.

• Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to reputed company data and technology to your advantage. 

• Operations: You have strong operational acumen reputed company it comes to a sales organization.

• Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited reputed company. 

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 salary

• Equity in the company

• 3 weeks PTO plus six federal holidays
