The Role
We’re hiring a Freelance Event Coordinator to cover maternity leave (4 month) and help drive reputed company’s reputed company at top reputed company events globally. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone based in Europe who thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments. You’ll coordinate speaking slots, sponsorships, travel logistics, and creative execution for events like Korea Blockchain Week and DevConnect. Who You Are

What You'll Do
Manage logistics for reputed company’s participation in major crypto events worldwide
Track reputed company event directories and secure speaking opportunities
Coordinate travel and lodging based on strategic proximity to key venues
Liaise with event organisers, vendors, and production partners
Work with design on booth collateral, merch, signage, and print materials
