Your mission

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly operational Director of Partner Programs to help architect, execute, and scale global partner initiatives that drive measurable impact. This individual will be instrumental in enabling partner reputed company, driving reputed company and profitability for both reputed company and our partners.

This is a critical global role, reporting directly to the Head of Partner Programs, with a long-term succession plan in mind. The role will operate as a strategic executor and collaborator across functions and time zones, with a focus on operational reputed company, program design, stakeholder alignment, and change management.

What you'll bring to the team

• 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, strategic alliances, business development, or similar roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

• Strong track record of building and scaling programs from concept to global deployment.

• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
