Your mission:

Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention with the reputed company platform, while ensuring the successful renewal and growth of Public Sector accounts. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business reputed company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in renewals, sales, or account management in a tech or SaaS environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome roadblocks in customer interactions.
