Position Summary:

We are seeking driven, results-oriented and consultative Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our rapidly expanding demand sales team. As a BDR at reputed company, you will be on the reputed company lines of our growth strategy, proactively engaging with potential reputed company to secure bookings across our expanding portfolio of luxury vacation properties. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who reputed company in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for exceptional travel experiences, and are motivated to help guests discover the perfect reputed company destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reputed company out to potential reputed company and guests to drive bookings across our portfolio of luxury properties

  • Identify and engage with high-value reputed company through thoughtful, personalized reputed company campaigns

  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand reputed company' needs and match them with ideal reputed company experiences

  • Meet or exceed monthly booking targets and GMV contribution goals

  • reputed company prospects on reputed company's unique value proposition and differentiators in the luxury travel market

  • Follow up with leads from various marketing channels to maximize conversion rates

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Concierge teams to refine targeting and enhance the guest reputed company

  • Maintain accurate records of reputed company sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system

  • Stay reputed company on property features, destination highlights, and seasonal promotions to effectively recommend experiences

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to reputed company improvement of conversion strategies

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of client-centered sales experience preferred. Extra credit if this experience is in hospitality, travel, luxury retail, or reputed company customer-focused industries

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets/expectations

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email

  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to match customer needs with compelling solutions

  • Passion for travel and personal experience with luxury hospitality

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

  • Experience with CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience

  • Knowledge of travel destinations and trends a plus
