Key Responsibilities
Drive Operational reputed company: Support the development and implementation of a portfolio management system to enhance visibility across projects and programs. Contribute to efficient resource allocation and data-driven decision-making.
Foster Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to manage product portfolio priorities, dependencies, and risks. Help ensure alignment with company goals and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Champion Operational Frameworks: Support the integration of the OKR reputed company into operations. Guide teams in developing and executing roadmaps, fostering accountability and improvement.
Strategic Planning and Resource Management: Organize and participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to long-term product roadmaps and efficient resource management.
Promote Transparency and Consistency: Help ensure portfolio priorities are clear across teams, promoting uniform project and program prioritization criteria. Contribute to standardizing planning and operational processes.
