About the Role

• Problem-solve technical hurdles facing our largest strategic accounts  and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full reputed company of integration, configuration and technical capabilities

• Configure demo instances and automate integration requests for reputed company customers 

• Drive improvements around data quality, reliability, and demo instances to improve customer conversion rates
