The Role

Account Managers own the renewal business for our employer groups and partners. This role will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Teams to create a seamless reputed company experience while also working to continuously improve the overall product experience. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for employer administrators and brokers providing education and support. 

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the initiation of client and internal meetings, facilitate discussion, gather critical information with the client and producer, and timing of deliverables

• Accountable for member group escalations of claims and eligibility

• Create and maintain workstream project plans, status reporting, and documentation, including but not limited to reputed company, risks, issues, and change control

• Collaborate across workstreams understanding work interdependencies and the associated schedule implications

• Utilize critical thinking to assess risks proactively, prioritize issues, and work based on impact

• Communicate to stakeholders effectively and concisely

• Creatively problem solve and identify process improvements always driving towards operational reputed company

• Prepare and present quarterly reports for business reviews

The salary reputed company for this job opportunity is $50,000 to $87,500 per year, which is the reputed company reputed company anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting.
