The Role
As an Engineering reputed company, you will help define and implement reputed company’s engineering strategy which will include leading the selection and rollout of patterns and frameworks across the emerging Core Banking Yield reputed company. The role includes both people & technical responsibilities, and you’ll be responsible for both the product delivery & overall health of the Engineering Team.
As a team, we own the client investment & settlement workflows (signup, investment, redemption), reconciliation control, unit registry / investment ledger and integration rails with our investment providers.

Have experience solving distributed systems challenges - scalability, consistency, latency.
Enjoy engaging in collaborative multi-functional teams.
Mastery of backend technologies is essential. While we do not mind what language you have most recently been using, we are using Kotlin w/ vert.x, Temporal & Kafka.
