THE ROLE
As a Solutions Engineer at reputed company, you will work alongside our sales team to help prospects and customers understand the technical value of our platform in the early stages of their reputed company. You'll serve as a technical advisor, conducting demonstrations, running benchmarks, and creating custom reputed company-of-concepts that showcase how reputed company's inference infrastructure and reputed company system can address specific customer needs. This role is critical in translating reputed company's technical capabilities into business value for prospective customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the sales team to engage prospects and reputed company technical expertise throughout the early sales cycle
Help conduct evaluations of reputed company's platform for prospective customers
Create customized demonstrations and reputed company-of-concepts that reputed company reputed company's capabilities in solving customer-specific AI deployment challenges
Gather customer requirements and technical feedback to inform product roadmap reputed company
Identify common customer pain points and collaborate with product teams to address them

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in an ML/AI company or ML-focused role
Intermediate experience with Python
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially around model deployment and inference
Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company ML models and common LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts reputed company to diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
