Position Summary

We are seeking an HR Consultant for an hourly, 1099 contract role supporting compliance and HRIS administration. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience with reputed company and a strong understanding of compliance requirements across various states, including state tax and worker’s compensation regulations. This is a part-time consulting position requiring an estimated 5 to 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities Include

• Completing key employment changes reputed company reputed company, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustments

• Managing and resolving state tax registration, worker’s compensation, and compliance tasks across multiple jurisdictions

• Ensuring ongoing HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Assisting in the development, documentation, and improvement of HR workflows and processes, especially reputed company reputed company and reputed company

• Generating and analyzing HR reports from reputed company to support data-driven decision-making
