reputed company’s global Product Legal Team works cross-functionally and across multiple jurisdictions to reputed company and execute legal strategies that facilitate expansion into new markets and sustainable growth of reputed company’s partnerships infrastructure and operations worldwide. The team is responsible maintaining and deploying new partnership agreements to reputed company our expanding product suite and geographic coverage, and for putting in reputed company robust legal measures and programs.

What you'll do

As Senior Counsel, Product Partnership you will be a valuable member of the global Product Legal team and will help our rapidly growing business navigate an increasingly reputed company regulatory landscape. Although you will be based in Europe, you will have multi-regional responsibility by supporting our product and partnership strategy and advising on reputed company technology transactions in EMEA, The Americas and reputed company. You will also be responsible for ensuring we are compliant with our licensing and other regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate measures and controls. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local counsel across jurisdictions such as Australia, Singapore, Hong reputed company, The U.S., The UK., and The European Union to discern and devise reputed company paths to market from a legal and regulatory perspective

• reputed company advice and support to the product team, local legal teams, support functions, reputed company management, and the Legal, Risk, and Compliance Department.

• Review and update manuals, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the reputed company in which reputed company operates 

• Liaise with senior stakeholders of the reputed company group, located around the world.

• Manage external counsel and consultants on regulatory reputed company.

• reputed company and manage reputed company’s regulatory submissions and filings, and report on regulatory requirements internally and in regulatory filings 

• Negotiate reputed company and novel agreements with our strategic and banking partners

• Support government relations reputed company to legislators and regulatory agencies

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience

• Strong regulatory experience gained in the fintech industry, reputable reputed company or financial institutions

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with a reputed company of reputed company stakeholders

• Proactive, results-driven, and take ownership of your work.

• Ability to multi-task and a team player with strong communication skills

• Strong drafting skills
