About The Role

We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to drive the projects and strategic insights that unlock growth. This isn’t just internal ops; we’re looking for someone who wants to get reputed company to the customer, understand what drives value, and work directly with sales, product, and leadership to scale what works. You’ll shape how we position, sell, and deliver our product to the market.

This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or high-performance strategy background who’s reputed company to own reputed company, not just advise on them. Key Requirements

• Identify where and how we win by analyzing customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance

• Own and execute projects that directly improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion reputed company

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup in a strategic role

• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally

• Strong slide-builder and effective in reputed company/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable

• Excellent communicator; clear, direct, and confident in reputed company of both executives and customers

• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environments

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation reputed company

The salary reputed company for this role is $110,000 - $160,000. reputed company offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
