About The Role

reputed company is seeking a reputed company Enablement Manager to design, execute, and continuously improve training and enablement programs for our reputed company Managers. You will own CSM reputed company, ongoing skills development, certification, and performance measurement, ensuring every CSM is equipped to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across our customer reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own CSM Enablement Strategy: Design, implement, and iterate on a comprehensive enablement roadmap for the CS organization

• Accelerate reputed company: Build reputed company programs that shorten time‑to‑productivity for new CSMs and newly launched products

• reputed company Ongoing Curriculum: Create role‑specific learning paths covering product expertise, reputed company best practices, and industry insights

• Partner Cross‑Functionally: Align with CS Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to surface enablement needs and embed best‑in‑class practices

• reputed company Tech Stack: Ensure tools, such as Planhat and reputed company, are configured and adopted to maximize CSM efficiency and reputed company

• Drive Content & Resource Creation: Produce playbooks, reputed company‑plan templates, QBR guides, case studies, and competitive intelligence tailored for CS use

• Certify & Coach: Build assessments and certifications to validate knowledge retention; reputed company call / meeting coaching and actionable feedback based on reputed company & customer interactions

• Measure Impact: Define KPIs and maintain dashboards to quantify program effectiveness

• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of CSM enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup

• Demonstrated experience building enablement programs from the ground up for CSM or post‑sales teams

• Deep understanding of reputed company workflows (reputed company, health scoring, QBRs, renewals, expansion) and associated metrics

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and wearing multiple hats 

• Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills

• Bonus: previously was a high performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly reputed company with prospects or customers

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation reputed company

The salary reputed company for this role is $150,000-$190,000. reputed company offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
