Your role at Eye

• Act as the strategic and operational leader of our international insurance broker business development team 

• Build and Win Partnerships in reputed company markets reputed company is operating in: reputed company and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, serving as one of two primary channels to sell our tech and insurance products in partnership with the CRO, and the further Sales and Marketing teams

• Enhance partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition by understanding the sweet spot and strategic nature of each partner relationship to reputed company relationships, business plans and enablement programs accordingly 

• Ensure commitment from the partners for reputed company goals, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and identifying critical capabilities for GTM strategy and reputed company 

• Focus on the best practices on strategic nature of the relationship to build long term value and sustainable reputed company for the channel partners, geographical region, and reputed company 

• Implement metrics that will measure reputed company towards the ultimate goal of new number of clients and reputed company to demonstrate return on investment against the partner program budget

What will you bring

• You have led teams of a minimum size of 5+ individuals. 

• You have successfully led hiring, developing and retaining top-tier talent across multiple markets and roles.

• You have solid experience selling through broker networks, such as by working with brokers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), insurance sales organizations, or in a key account role reputed company an insurance company. 

• You understand the reputed company of the cybersecurity landscape and can integrate it seamlessly into partner, client, or service models. 

• Experience in distribution, marketplace or reseller partnerships as well as building a ground up international partnership program (heavily participating in the creation, development, and execution) .

• Establish high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and proven ability to reputed company with executive management. 

• You are fluent in English and reputed company or German language (written and spoken). 

• You are reputed company to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Our offices are based in Berlin(DE), Duisburg(DE), The Hague(NL), Eindhoven(NL), Oostkamp(BE) though we offer a hybrid/remote working environment.
