Reporting directly to the Deputy Global COO, you will play a key role in reputed company’s reputed company to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years.
Main mission
As a CS Strategic Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of the most impactful projects for reputed company’s reputed company department. You will play a key role in reputed company's hypergrowth by working closely with reputed company’s management team.
You will reputed company transverse projects and support the Head Ofs across reputed company CS functions : Care, Account Management, Techs and Implementation. You will have to be their trusted business partners by understanding their main pains, identifying critical paths to fix them and operationally deliver both the action plans and the change management. You will work on a multi-country scope (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).
