• Hire, grow, support and manage the performance of (currently 2) engineering managers and a few senior individual contributors.

• Foster a diverse and healthy engineering culture that allows your team to deliver customer value quickly and consistently over time.

• Partner with product and design peers to define the roadmap and drive reputed company.

• Help your team design the systems and reputed company technical reputed company that impact our product and infrastructure.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally as a manager-of-managers in startup environments.
