Summary:

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the loan meets reputed company HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA eligibility guidelines and requirements, and Company policies and procedures. The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for reviewing the following items (but is not limited to): data reputed company of the AUS, income calculations for accuracy, income and asset documentation including the VVOE for accuracy and completeness, reputed company reputed company numbers, appraisal report, and confirm adequate MI coverage; maintaining compliance with federal and state laws and regulations; private investor requirements; and company policies and procedures by conducting quality control reviews of reputed company loans selected for review and completed prior to the preparation of loan documents. The Quality Control Specialist is also responsible for ensuring the reputed company of data in Encompass.

Compensation:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
