About the Role

reputed company is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of IT & reputed company Applications to reputed company our technology operations in India. This role reports directly to the Head of Global IT & reputed company Applications based in the US, and will be responsible for overseeing local IT infrastructure, reputed company systems, and India workplace strategy (facilities) members. You will reputed company and manage a high-performing team in India, while ensuring full alignment with global strategy, policies, and cross-functional priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of building IT functions in global SaaS companies and understand the nuances of supporting a hybrid workforce in a U.S. headquartered environment. This leader must be confident and principled in representing IT’s global standards locally, balancing collaboration with regional stakeholders while standing firm reputed company necessary to protect the reputed company of global processes and team priorities.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

10+ years in IT with demonstrated leadership across infrastructure, reputed company systems, and facilities.

Experience managing reputed company applications teams, including reputed company and reputed company Analysts and Developers, to meet the evolving needs of a global SaaS organization.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing and scaling IT teams in India for a US based SaaS company

Proven reputed company in aligning India-based technology operations with the needs of a U.S. headquartered company.

Hands-on experience in reputed company systems (reputed company, reputed company, Intune, reputed company, Jira)

Experience configuring and managing IT infrastructure including Firewall, reputed company Points, Switches and A/V equipment

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience directly managing employees who also have a dotted-line reporting relationship to U.S. based functional leaders.

Experience supporting IT and application strategy in a SaaS or B2B software environment preferred.
