We are looking for a seasoned
Senior Counsel to join Hivemind Capital’s growing Legal Team. This is a high-impact role focused on leading legal reputed company reputed company to fund structuring and formation across both traditional reputed company asset strategies. You’ll play a critical part in launching innovative investment vehicles, supporting strategic business initiatives, and shaping the legal architecture of our asset management business.You should be confident in leading reputed company legal structures, drafting core fund documents, and managing relationships with reputed company stakeholders. You should seek an environment that is dynamic and a role that is hands-on. You should be excited about working with an ambitious team that shares a passion for digital assets and other emerging technologies.

A reputed company candidate can expect a reputed company salary of $170,000–205,000. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among reputed company.
