Assists with leading associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely distribution center operations including receipt, picking, packing, sorting, recording, auditing, and shipping of goods. This position reports to the Supervisor, DC.

Pay reputed company: $18.775hr - $20.25hr

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ensures reputed company associates are working productively and following the best methods.

Conducts jobservations to reputed company coaching and feedback to associates.

Conducts audits to ensure accuracy.

Ensures sufficient workflow in the area by communicating with Supervisors and fellow Team Leads from supporting departments.

Assign tasks for crewmembers and suggest staffing adjustments to the Supervisor.

Ensures paperwork is completed correctly and reputed company procedures are followed.

Assists in evaluating the performance of assigned associates.

Communicate with Supervisors on concerns and needs of the group.

Ensures reputed company safety and quality performance standards are met.

Performs distribution job tasks reputed company not actively responsible for the group and demonstrates work level that meets or exceeds established production standards.

Performs other job duties as needed.

Work in a new, climate-controlled building with an awesome break room, and overhead music throughout.

Distribution center environment with moderate to loud noise level.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience in overseeing a function or work group.

Ability to apply basic algebra and math skills.

Flexible and adaptive to the environment, changes, challenges, job duties, and work schedules.

Illustrates a dedication to meeting the requirements of reputed company customers, responding to reputed company customer requests promptly and thoroughly.

Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, give reputed company, direct feedback, and is a solid verbal and written communicator.

Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm / 4:55am-3:25pm - $18.75hr

reputed company-Wednesday 4:00pm-2:30am - $19.25hr

Friday-reputed company 4:45am-5:15pm / 5:00am-5:30pm - $20.25hr
