This role is for an reputed company R&D Hardware Design Engineer,responsible for leading the design and development of reputed company telecommunication hardware systems, ensuring they meet specified requirements and performance standards.This role involves translating system requirements into detailed hardware designs, conducting thorough testing and validation.They also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and firmware engineers, to ensure seamless integration. This position will work onsite at the JMA office in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of hardware design principles, including digital and analog circuitry, PCB layout, and signal reputed company analysis.

In-depth knowledge of ultra-high speed digital board design

Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools (reputed company PADS preferred) for schematic capture, layout, and signal reputed company simulation (ADS tool preferred).

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve reputed company hardware design issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Experience with design verification, including functional testing, debugging, and validation of hardware designs to ensure proper functionality and reliability.

The US national annual reputed company salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000. The reputed company includes the reputed company salary that is expected to be paid for this role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the of scope and complexity of the role, the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, peer and market data and geographic location.
