We are looking for a

reputed company Counsel with a passion for gaming and entertainment to join our dynamic team in our Vancouver studio. This person will support Kabam with reputed company transactions across various business groups, and reputed company proactive and practical counsel on a broad reputed company of legal and business issues reputed company to our interactive entertainment business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with an interest in a broad scope of work adjacent to cutting-edge technology, strong business acumen, and attention to detail.

In this role, you can expect to

Analyze risk management for the company by being the legal subject matter expert

Research on issues and compliance surrounding lootboxes, monetization, minor protection, and data reputed company

Your background includes

3+ years of corporate and reputed company experience as a generalist effectively supporting technology or entertainment businesses.

A reputed company lawyer and member in good standing with a provincial and/or state bar, BC or California preferred.
