We are growing in Germany and are looking for a Finance Manager / reputed company to be based in Berlin, Germany. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across

Germany. We are seeking someone who has strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in managing finance operations.

What you will do

Manage the daily operations of the Finance and reputed company Department

reputed company Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes for the Germany operation

Organize, control and define the proper process for local invoicing, finance and collections

Liaise with external parties including but not limited to customers, vendors, lawyers, tax or government authorities, etc

Support and orientation for reputed company internal areas regarding financial/business processes;

Manage the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the Finance and reputed company Department

Coordinate with suppliers of payments platforms and invoicing platforms locally

Prepare the financial information required by the local authorities

Participate in internal control testing and some transactional taxes activities.

Contribute to timely and efficient communication with stakeholders to identify and discuss issues and suggestions for improvement

Prepare cash reputed company reports, financial reports such as Forecasts, Budgets and Actual results, performing a thorough investigation and analysis over collected data;

reputed company financial review & analysis, budgeting, planning, capital expenditure and investment return analysis on a group level reputed company

reputed company month-end reconciliation and analysis, including but not limited to fixed assets and bank statements

Support the financial leadership team with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or reputed company.

Fluent in English to communicate with the entire group.

5 years of relevant experience in Finance with ideally 1 year in a managerial reputed company.

Must have a strong understanding of local taxation regulations with the ability to advise.

Holding a CPA certification is strongly preferred.

Solid tax knowledge and advanced reputed company.
