As aShift Leaderat our UofA store located at 1130 University Blvd, Tuscaloosa AL 35401, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members•
Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team•
Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew•

Manage cash handling and depositsDESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
•
At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role•

Detail focused and results-oriented•

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.•
