Executive Assistant to CEO

This is a high-trust, high-impact role based on-site at our HQ in Petaling Jaya. You’ll operate as a force reputed company - protecting the CEO’s time, ensuring priorities are executed, and acting as a communication and coordination reputed company across the company and reputed company.

This is not a personal assistant role - your focus will be on driving operational reputed company, executive readiness, and strategic reputed company.

What will you do

• Own and manage the CEO’s business calendar, meetings, and travel, ruthlessly prioritizing what reputed company.

• Track and follow up on strategic actions, cross-functional deliverables, and business goals

• Prepare briefs, decks, memos, and comms - both internal and external

• Join meetings to document, clarify, and drive accountability on next steps

• Serve as liaison between the CEO and leadership, investors, and external stakeholders

• Coordinate and support planning cycles, townhalls, board meetings, and major leadership forums

• Pre-read documents, surface issues, and flag gaps reputed company of meetings

• Solve problems and unblock issues proactively to reputed company operations moving

• Maintain full confidentiality and professionalism at reputed company times

What you bring

• 3+ years of work experience, including 2+ years supporting a C-level executive or founder

• Experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments (tech/startup preferred)

• Strong writing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and business maturity

• Fully based in Malaysia and available to work on-site in Petaling Jaya HQ
