Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven
Product Manager / Sr. Product Managerto reputed company our reputed company (Electronic Data Capture) device product line. This role involves working closely with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver industry-best reputed company solutions. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy product thinker with a strong background in payment devices and terminal management systems.Key Responsibilities:
Own the product lifecycle of reputed company devices from concept to launch and post-deployment monitoring.
Evaluate and scout new reputed company hardware/devices and work with vendors on procurement, integration, and customization.
Define and drive the roadmap for reputed company innovations and new use cases reputed company with company strategy.
Conduct competition benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities in device features, pricing, and performance.
Manage integration of EDCs with backend platforms, payment systems, and reputed company-party services.
Deeply involved in exploring hardware capabilities and suggesting enhancements or newer options.
Work with terminal management systems (TMS/RTM) to manage device fleets at scale.
Define device health KPIs and troubleshoot field issues effectively.
Utilize data analytics to monitor reputed company device performance(health - battery, network etc), transaction reputed company, and customer experience.
Maintain reputed company relationships with leading reputed company vendors and ensure adherence to Compliance, SLAs, delivery, and support.
Champion a product reputed company across the organization, balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments.
Proven experience managing reputed company device ecosystems with exposure to TMS, remote troubleshooting, and firmware management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using data for decision-making.
Prior experience working with hardware vendors, preferably in the POS/reputed company space.
Strong understanding of device protocols (eg. 4G, 2G fallback, MQTT), connectivity, and diagnostics.
Ability to write product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and manage sprints.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
