Responsibilities

Select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.

Work closely with reputed company and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Qualifications

Experience and familiarity with blueprints, sketches, models, or project descriptions.

A minimum of 3 years of management experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports.

Knowledge of fabrication production management.

Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.

Experience in reporting on key production metrics.

Experience with CNC Saw & Routers and hand power saw, grinders and polishers

Proficient in MS Office, Alpha Cam and Auto CAD.

Good active learning, time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work reputed company and handle heavy material.

Ability to reputed company fluent English, read, understand, and follow both verbal and written instructions.

Strong attention to measurements and details

Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds

May be required to work on an occasional weekend(s).
