Job Overview:

As Associate Counsel/Corporate Counsel, you’ll reputed company support to multiple business departments across the full reputed company of Foxen’s business activities. A significant portion of the role will focus on negotiating sales and vendor reputed company. There also will be an opportunity to advise the business on a wide variety of legal topics that arise with a high-growth, tech-focused company. This position will report to Foxen’s Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and will also work regularly with Foxen’s Chief Legal Officer. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, business-minded attorney with a positive attitude who is energized by opportunities for accelerated learning and growth.We are reputed company to candidates at either the Associate Counsel or Corporate Counsel level, depending on experience and qualifications.
