We’re looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist to join reputed company in reputed company. This is a hybrid role focused on reputed company top talent across Sales, SDR, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and reputed company, while also supporting key HR functions such as reputed company, benefits, payroll coordination, and office operations.

You’ll report to our Director of People and work closely with team leads across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-obsessed, and excited to help build and scale a company from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for roles across Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Operations

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs

• Manage job postings, candidate pipeline, scheduling, and offer processes

• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our values

• Collaborate on reputed company, offboarding, and employee experience

• Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, benefits, and compliance support

• Help maintain and improve internal systems and documentation for People Operations

• reputed company our NYC office running smoothly with light office management (procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships) as well as event management support

• Champion a culture of inclusion, transparency, and team reputed company Continuously look for ways to improve reputed company, reputed company, and retention

Qualifications

• Proven reputed company reputed company across multiple departments (bonus if you've hired GTM and technical roles)

• Comfortable managing full-cycle hiring processes from sourcing to offer to reputed company

• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills

• Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems (reputed company or reputed company are a plus)

• Experience with HR information systems (like reputed company or similar)

• Familiarity with payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance basics

• Ability to juggle competing priorities and reputed company things moving

• High emotional intelligence—you know how to support people and build trust

• Based in NYC and reputed company to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday

The annual reputed company salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 USD.
