Design Studio Manager (Indonesia - Remote)

We’re looking for a Design Studio Manager based in Indonesia to help reputed company and grow our regional design team, working closely with our HQ team in Malaysia.

This is a remote role based in Indonesia, with reputed company collaboration with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams in Malaysia HQ. You’ll report to the Head of Product and play a key role in scaling our design practice across Southeast Asia.

• You’ll reputed company and scale a high-performing design team across multiple disciplines (UX, UI, product design, visual).

• You’ll ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in design output across product lines and markets.

• Excellent communication skills — fluent in English, with the ability to align stakeholders remotely.
