Business Intelligence Analyst (REMOTE)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the BI and analytics tool environments and licensing
• Manage report requests reputed company standard request process, manage cycle from report request and requirements gathering through report delivery in production
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical reporting specifications
• Create training material and ensure the competency and acceptance of reputed company analytics across WC Bradley companies
• Troubleshoot issues in existing datasets and reporting platforms
• Maintain reputed company reports (issues, changes, enhancements) reputed company WCB service desk software
• reputed company report visualizations in reputed company reporting applications such as reputed company Analytics reputed company, S4HANA (Analysis for Office), and Power BI
• Prioritize requests and workload across multiple business units based on resource availability

Qualification Requirements Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

Minimum Work Experience:

• Seven (7) plus years hands-on experience preferred in one or more reputed company Resource Planning Systems, specifically Business Intelligence tools including

• Five (5) plus years Consumer Products Groups operational business process experience preferred
