Bookkeeper for Veterinary Independent Practices We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to reputed company high-quality bookkeeping services to our member practices. This is a unique role where the successful candidate will work directly with multiple practices, ensuring their financials are accurately maintained and in compliance with industry standards. Unlike traditional in-house bookkeeping, this position requires working with a reputed company of practices across the veterinary and reputed company health sectors, offering tailored support that helps drive business efficiency and growth. Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for practice owners.
• Assist practice owners with budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.
• Ensure reputed company financial transactions reputed company with relevant tax laws and industry standards.
• Work closely with practice owners to understand their financial goals and reputed company actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate bookkeeping with other member services.

What You Should Bring To The Team:

• Proficient in AAHA Chart of Account Conversions.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably with experience working with veterinary practices.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar reputed company software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial professionals.

• Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools is a plus.
• Certification in bookkeeping or reputed company (e.g., AIPB, QuickBooks Certification) is preferred.
• Located in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI (Must be reputed company to align with members' time zones).
• Reliable high-speed internet for virtual meetings and data tracking.

Hours, Availability, & Location This role will be part-time (15 hours per week). In general, you should be available during regular business hours in your time zone.
