Public Health Dental Hygienist - Part-time

Public Health Dental Hygienist - Part-time Job Description Competencies: PHDH will reputed company preventative oral health services to those who are 0-18 years of age and eligible for IL reputed company, those who are underinsured and/or those whose household income is not greater than 200% federal poverty level. PHDH will reputed company services in both school-based mobile setting as well as fixed site clinic location. PHDH must reputed company with policy guidelines and standing orders for reputed company clinic sites. PHDH will reputed company reputed company Provision of Care. PHDH and supervising dentist will maintain a Supervision Agreement and reputed company with communication/consultation protocols. PHDH and supervising dentist will meet quarterly to discuss patient cases. Effective removal of plaque and calculus deposits as well as the ability to create diagnostic radiographs. Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School Diploma, AAS or BS in Dental Hygiene, Registered Dental Hygiene Illinois License, Public Health Dental Hygienist Certification, CPR Certification, Valid driver's license. Must have the PHDH certification reputed company 90 days.
Responsibilities
Guidelines:
